Christmas!

Once again we had grandpa and your Evans cousins over for Christmas. It was quite exhausting for me (lots of cooking and preparation so I didn't take many photos).

As always you wrote a cute letter to Santa.

And of course got a nice reply.

Lots of good food. Prime rib, lamb, blackberry pie, chile verde tacos, ragu, chicken soup, etc. etc.

And of course presents. A new iPad and and Xbox One were your big gifts.

One day we went to Universal Studios. I hadn't been for years. It was fun. They had both studio stuff and rides.

The boys were interested in learning chess so you guys taught them and gave them some pointers.

We did a hike up to the Griffith Observatory. Griffith was also the maiden name of Granny.
