Before Christmas we drove down to La Jolla to meet Grandpa and Auntie Caroline. They drove up from Arizona and we all stayed in a hotel near the water. The weather wasn't great but we spent one day down by the water looking at the wildlife. Caroline, Grandpa, and I emptied some of Granny's ashes into the sea as she always liked La Jolla.
The final night we had dinner at Oceannaire in San Diego where they had a special on oysters. We gorged on them at the bar and then ate some more at the table along with all kinds of seafood. It was a nice dinner.
