Christmas Presents

It has now become a tradition that we make mommy's Christmas or birthday presents as opposed to buying her something. And we always make videos for her. This year we made two.

The first one is really the first 'movie' we've made as opposed to just documenting our lives. We spent time writing it, storyboarding it, filming it, and editing it. It's only 3 minute long but it took us HOURS. And it was fueled by Jelly Belly bribes anda few tears. I have a lot of respect for the people who make movies 2 hours long. And we all learned that acting is hard. Even just making basic facial expressions. We were quite frankly happy when it was done.

Next we made a more traditional video to show of how cute you kids are. It's a 'music video' that we made into a Holiday TV Special. It was a bit easier to make but even that had its own set of issues.

We already have some ideas of what to do for Mommy's birthday but we had better get started early because we already know it will be more ambitious than these videos.
