Today is Mother's Day. Tomorrow is mommy's birthday. We decided to celebrate both today. As usual we made some videos for mommy as her present. It saves money, it's fun to do, and mommy likes these videos more than getting more stuff.
This one is a series of questions that I asked both of you. Both of you aren't particularly chatty so I had to do a lot of behind the camera stuff to get you both to talk. It came out well I think.
And this is a marshmallow experiment that I read about. I wanted to see how you two did. Well. Sort of.
And in terms of what we did on this day we got up and "opened' presents. I had cut out some sheets of blue paper to spell "Happy 40th" and put them on the counter arranged around the presents. But you got up early and ended up taping them to the wall. You did a great job.
We then headed out to brunch at Prime Meats and then sauntered over to the Botanic Garden in Brooklyn. It was a gorgeous day and all the flowers had bloomed. It was very pretty. After that we took a break to relax and finally headed out to Midtown to grab some food at a new Japanese restaurant. Caden didn't eat much but you just loved it. I swear you had as much as I did.
Overall Mommy had a fun day. Thanks for your help.
