As part of your Christmas festivities you had a visit by an elf named Trixie. Last year I bought you an Advent calendar. A calendar with a surprise for each day of December leading up to Christmas. This year we didn't buy one but you did get letters most days from your friendly elf.
Each letter asked you to do something, asked me to do something, or gave you a present. For example, one day you received a small present of a calculator. The next day Trixie gave you math problems that created a coded puzzle that you had to decipher. Of course you used the calculator. One day you were told to have dinner with the whole family but only use candles for lighting. Another day Trixie brought you snowman poop (chocolate donut holes).
And on the last day we used a program she gave us on the iPhone to record Santa placing the presents under the tree. Although he was smart and blew a cold kiss which frosted up the iPhone camera.
You had good fun with the letters and one day decided to get Trixie a gift for all her hard work. Luckily she likes caramels since daddy made a whole batch for Christmas.
