Mommy let both you and Caden open your stockings on Christmas eve. Apparently that was a tradition in her house. You were a little hesitant about this because I've been saying all week that if you open up any present then Santa won't bring you any. So naturally being the smart kid, you said you didn't want to open your stocking. After a discussion with mommy I said it was probably okay to take a look at one thing. And so you agreed and mommy proceeded to pull a glow stick wand out that you played with.
Your brother had no intention of not opening his stocking and quickly rummaged through everything and tried to eat all the chocolate inside. You two are very different. Afterwards you enjoyed goofing off with the stockings. Caden now has a trademark look where he holds his hands shoulder height facing out to the left and right and sticks his tongue out. See the first picture below. He does this everywhere now when I ask him to stand still to take a picture.
