First, we drove to Halmoni's house - she surprised you with a huge Easter basket.

Halmoni and Halahboji watched you for two days while I worked in our Downtown LA office - luckily both of you behaved well and played nicely at Halmoni's house. You loved watering Halmoni's garden and spraying each other with the water guns.
On Thursday night, we drove to Pasadena to visit Sara and Scott - we went to their school for Open House.

First we went to Scott's classroom - he showed us all of the projects he has worked on including Flat Stanley, books he illustrated, and a telescope.

Say Cheese - this is Sara's classroom.

I was super impressed with Sara's class too; she also showed us all of her projects, including learning about space, Indians and lots of paintings.

Next they showed us their computer room - a room full of Macs.

The next day, while Sara and Scott were at school, we went to see the 3D movie, How to Train Your Dragon.

You wore your 3D glasses the entire movie, but Caden did not like wearing them. Maybe watching a dragon movie in the dark might have been a bit too scary for Caden?

After the movie, we went swimming at our hotel and waited for Halmoni and Halahboji to arrive. When school was over, we drove to Sara and Scott's house to play in their backyard.

Then we went out to dinner since everyone was hungry. Both of you had so much fun playing with your cousins.

Sara even made Caden a special pair of glasses with her wiki-sticks.

The next morning, before we went to the airport, we met my good friend Andrea and her family for breakfast. Andrea flew in from London the day before and we only overlapped in LA for one day, so we agreed to meet for an early breakfast at Hermosa Beach. Everyone enjoyed pancakes, eggs and bacon - yummy!

After more than a week away from home for Spring Break, everyone is happy to be back home.
