Parents' Visiting Day in the Green Room

Today was Parents' Visiting Day in the Green Room. You were so excited because I walked Caden and you to school too which Myra normally does. The class started with a short meeting to discuss today's schedule. The first activity was a wood sculpture - you collected different wood shapes and had to glue them onto a wood board.

You worked very hard on this project. . .check out that concentration.

Your teacher Nancy stopped by to check on your progress.

What a masterpiece - your description to your teacher Sharon: "There was an Enchantress that told little angels to guard her home."

Then you played in the Space area until it was time to go to the auditorium for Sing with Tony.

After Sing with Tony, we returned to the classroom for reading circle. Nancy read a book about the moon since the Green Room has been learning about space and the different shapes of the moon.

Today you had a job - you were the Snack Caller which meant you called out each of your classmates one by one and they grabbed a seat at the table for a snack of brownies and water.

The finale was the Green Room singing some songs.

I will ask Daddy to post some videos since the singing was the highlight of today's visit. I had so much fun spending the morning with you and your classmates.
