West Side Pier

Today we went by one of mommy's friends who unfortunately are heading back to California. You know their daughter, Mari. After we had brunch there we headed down to the nearby pier with some of mommy's other friends. You particularly like their boy Jeffrey who is a sweet kid. And their daughter joined us too.

Here's the pier. And we had a little snack at the outdoor cafe behind Caden.

There was an older man on the pier flying two kites. He was a real pro. He could make the kite dive towards the ground. We all thought it was going to go into the water. And then, at the last second, he would make it go back up. It was very interesting.

Before going home we had a quick snack of hot dogs and fries at the cafe.
