You've been given some simple chores. In return you get an allowance. You have to brush your teeth each day, make your bed, read me a story at night, and ask me for your allowance each day. Your going rate is currently 25 cents. We've been saving up your money in a piggy bank and this weekend I thought it was a good idea to go spend it so you know what money can get. Eventually I'm going to teach you the value of saving and investing.

Next up a Barbie fairly doll. I think her name is Jaybelle.
And finally daddy threw in a freebie. A jewelry crafts set. This evening we (me) made a flower barrette. I think it turned out well.
