BAM Animation Festival & Alden's Birthday

This Saturday we did two fun things.  We went to a movie and a birthday party.  The movie took place in the morning at BAM which is an art group in Brooklyn.  There was animation from all over the world in one showing.  About 15 shorts in all.  And they sold popcorn!

And a bunch of your friends (Carter & Arla) were there.  I think you girls need to work on your smiling skills.

The movies were pretty fun but all the kids were getting a little restless twoards the end.  After the movie were walked across the street for some hamburgers.

No one was really that hungry but you all enjoyed coloring.

Then we headed to Alden's birthday in the city.  The threw the party in a nightclub.  Here's Alden's cousin, Kai, doing some DJing with his dad who is a real DJ.

There was lots of room and lots of food and lots of toys.

And Thomas the Train videos playing in the private booths.

Lots of carby fruit juices and crackers to munch on.

No dancing for Caden.  More fruit juice please.

And of course a big cake for Alden.

And some really delicious cupcakes for the two of you.

Mmmmm.  Frosting.

And that was that.  Everyone was pretty wiped out after all the excitement.
