Today we went to another beach close to Town called Jetties Beach – there was a sandbar about 100 feet from the shore. You had fun running and splashing around in the shallow waters, running from one side of the sandbar to the other.

Here we are standing on the sandbar during low tide.

For some reason, you wanted to lay down in the water and dip your head back like you are practicing floating on your back; when I take you swimming at the YMCA, we sing 'Twinkle, Twinkle' while practicing back floating, so you started to sing too.

We also found a tiny hermit crab – you are holding it in your hand. Unfortunately you dropped the hermit crab as we were walking back to the shore.

Nice shot of Patty, Max, you and me.

When we reached the shore, we checked out the big hole that Marcela dug for Jake. You hung out with Jake in the hole and poured water on yourself like you were taking a shower.

Meanwhile, Caden spent the morning with Girlie in the shade under an umbrella.

Before noon, we packed up all of our stuff and headed indoors to avoid the harsh sun. What a fun day at the beach!
