Today we met Patty and her family at Children's Beach which is located along Nantucket Harbor. It is a shallow beach and has lifeguards on duty which makes this beach popular for kids. There is also a playground, grassy area and bandstand where they hold music/dance/yoga classes for kids too.
After spending some time in the playground, we walked down to the beach. You loved walking around the shallow water to cool off. There was another boy playing in the water nearby - he walked out into deeper water (he was a bit taller) so you followed him until your head was only above water. You were quite daring and continued to follow him until your head went under and I had to pull you up.
You also had fun splashing around with Max and Jake. Their nanny, Marcela, also pulled you around on their boogie board. WHEE!
While we played on the beach, Girlie watched Caden in the grassy area.
