After the Lius left around 7PM, we decided to take a walk around the neighborhood too since we did not leave the house today. I put Caden in the carseat stroller and you promised to hold on tightly to the side of Caden's stroller. We walked slowly to the Brooklyn Bridge Park and you kept your promise and stayed close to the stroller. You ran around the playground, went up and down the slide, and played with some other kids in the sandbox. The challenging part was getting you out of the sandbox and back home - you kicked and screamed and then just sat on the ground. I basically had to carry you out of the playground - then you ran off so I had to catch you and convince you it was time to go home. . . when you asked to watch Dora, I agreed and we slowly made our way home. Tomorrow is Monday and Girlie will be back to help out while Daddy is away.

More Visitors & Presents Too
Tonight, the Lius (David, Carley, Havana and Cairo) dropped by to meet Caden and to see you too. The adults enjoyed a glass of white wine while the kids played with new toys, a Playmobile farm set with cute carrots, farmers and cows. Since there are a lot of small pieces, I plan to save this toy for when Caden and you are a bit older so no one chokes.
