Busy Morning

Today you cried out "MOMMY" at 6:30AM - for some reason, you are waking up very early these days. You used to sleep until 7:30 or 8 o'clock in the morning but this week you have been waking up at the crack of dawn. At first we thought you might be hungry or cold, but maybe you just don't need to sleep as much. Daddy was dead to the world so he fell back asleep while you and I played in the living room -- more specifically, I relaxed on the daybed while you played with your puzzles.
Then you played hide and seek - you like to hide in the coat closet. I don't like you hiding in the dark but you don't seem to mind it. In fact, you love hiding in the dark bathroom or the bedroom and slamming the door behind you. PEEK-A-BOO!
Notice your cute hat - you found that in a drawer in your bedroom and wanted to wear it. Next you found your cowgirl boots and danced around the living room. GIDDEY-UP!
When you got tired of dancing and skipping, you started to stack the floor-letter tiles on the daybed. . . .
Until it was too high for you to reach the top.
Next was Play-Doh time.
Play-Doh time did not last very long because you ran into the bedroom to wake up Daddy around 8:45AM. WAKE UP, DADDY!
