Busy Saturday in Chico

This morning around 6:45AM, I was woken up by your fingers in my nose and ears. After snuggling in bed for 20 minutes, we went downstairs where a full breakfast spread was waiting for you. Kirk made Skylar and you some scrambled eggs, toast, bananas and berries. Lucky girls!

Ater breakfast we went for a stroll around the neighborhood. You enjoyed relaxing in the double jogging stroller.
At the top of the hill, Skylar and you ran around - here it looks like you're showing Skylar your big tummy.
Look how cute the two of you look in the double stroller!
Back at home, you two played in the driveway. You loved riding on the tricycle - I think I know what Santa will bring you for Christmas.
I pushed you around and around in circles in the driveway.

After Ruth woke up and fed Soren, they came outside to see where all the action was taking place.
Before lunch, we decided to head to the Farmers' Market in Downtown Chico. Check out all three kids in the backseat.
First stop at the Farmers' Market was Clown Ronny who made animal shapes out of balloons.
Ruth bought you an orange giraffe and Skylar got a blue dinasour.
After lunch, Skylar and you played in the living room - there were so many new toys for you to play with.
You had fun playing on the rocking horse.
Both of us took a 2 hour nap - after naptime, we went to the park. Of course, you loved the swings.
Hold on, Sophia. WHEEEEE!

Here's a cute photo of us!
Check out Skylar and Ruth on the long slide - WHEEE!
And another cute family shot of the Granlunds too!
After we put all of the kids to bed, we enjoyed a relaxing dinner - Kirk grilled some steaks and we finished off the night with some ice cream while watching the Cal-Oregon football game. Go Bears!
