Brunch with the Smiths

Today, the Smiths came to Dumbo to visit us - I went to business school with Roger. Roger, Piper and Jackson (2) visited us in Dumbo earlier in the year but wanted to check out our new apartment. Roger had surgery a few weeks ago, so he was still on crutches. You tried to hug and kiss Jackson a few times, but he wasn't very interested in smooching you.

We went to brunch at Five Front - Jackson and you had fun jumping on the booth after we were done eating.
On our walk home, we checked out the new carousel that was recently installed - it is only for show since the space isn't large enough by safety standards for kids to ride on it. Hopefully the owners will find another large space in the neighborhood so that you can ride the carousel in our neighborhood.
