Good Morning, Daddy

I slept like a rock last night after taking the red-eye the night before - I considered bringing you in bed after changing your diaper at 11PM (like your Daddy did the night before he left for Seattle), but I decided to put you back in your crib and save my special treat for another night.

This morning, Fresh Direct delivered our groceries at 6:30AM. I was surprised that you did not wake up with the buzzer rang, but you woke up ten minutes later. I snuggled with you in bed until Girlie arrived. As usual, as I tried to steal a few more minutes of sleep, you were sticking your fingers up my nose, in my ears, in my eyes and tickling my neck. Very cute. Every now and then, you would come close and breathe like a dragon on my face. Very funny.

When we got out of bed, you picked up your Elmo phone and said 'Dad.'
Next, you found your kitten book and sat on my lap for a quick read. . .
Then you climbed onto the couch to read your alphabet book with colorful animals. You love saying 'Froggie' whenever you turn to the 'F' page. You also have fun pressing the buttons on your new Dora book which says Come on - Vamanos (let's go in Spanish), We did it, Azul(blue), and Chug-a-Chug-a (mimicking a train).
Next you brought some of your favorite books for Girlie to read to you. Girlie has taught you the word 'Return' so when she is done reading the book, you bring the book back to your shelf and select another book for Girlie to read to you. Clever girl.

Very cute pictures. My flight last night was delayed as usual. And then everyone was so slow getting off the plane and it took forever to pick up the rental car. I think I got to bed around midnight. This morning I'm at the Microsoft Analyst conference in Seattle. It's been pretty boring so far. And the occasional hiccups in the demos. Pretty funny. Tonight I think I'm going to see Craig and David Aronchick for drinks. I'll call later tonight.

Love Tony
