Active Girl

After work, I checked out an apartment next door - I am thrilled that we will be moving into a much bigger apartment where we can stay for a few years.

When I got home, you wanted to go outside so we put on your lime green swim shoes and walked to the park. I brought the bubbles but it was too breezy so it was hard for you to run after the bubbles. Instead, you had fun pushing some kid's toy. . .
. . . but got so upset when I turned you around to avoid the sprinklers. When you are mad, you say 'no-bod-dee' which I have NO IDEA what you mean. You had a few tears and your lips were quivering - poor baby. Life is so rough sometimes.
We both were very sweaty from running around the playground. At 7:15PM, I picked you up and took you home before the rain started. Obviously, you did not want to leave the park. When we got home, I washed you in the bathroom sink and changed you into PJs. Then I fed you some blueberries and you asked for yogurt. You were still hungry, so I topped you off with 4 ounces of milk. Afterwards, you picked out one of your favorite books, Are You My Mother, and we read it twice before I put you to bed. Sweet dreams!

Daddy called after 9PM so you missed talking to him. He is in Seattle for the annual Microsoft Financial Analyst Meeting. Now he is on vacation for the rest of the weekend and can goof off without worrying about us. Have fun, Daddy!

Poor baby. Daddy let you run in the fountain so you were probably upset that mommy didn't let you do it. Well I'll be home soon and I'll let you run through it again :)
