We have been trying to wean you off of the bottle. You are not thrilled about drinking your milk out of a sippy cup or a baby sports bottle - you just want your bottle like the good old days. You drag the sippy cup around for 30-40 minutes but you will not drink much; sometimes you start crying or whining so I give in and pour the rest of the milk into a bottle. Probably not a good way to convince you to keep on using the sippy cup (big sigh).
Girlie has been helping you practice drinking water from a cup whenever you take a bath. Today I gave you some milk out of a cup - you did a great job. Check it out!
We give you lots of encouragement whenever you drink from a cup or a sippy cup - Daddy and I clapped and said 'Good job!' after each sip tonight. You love the attention so you kept on trying. Way to go, Sophia.
