One More Day Left

Today when I got home you were pretty hungry. Some of the bananas were getting on in age and so I mashed one up for you. You've taken to using your spoon. You're still pretty uncoordinated but you're getting better. And you hate it when I try to help you. Hate it!

And of course we read a little. This is one of your favorite books because you can pull flaps down to reveal things. The picture of the crate pulls down to reveal an elephant.

Here's your book collection conveniently placed so you can pick out your reading material.

When I wasn't looking you snuck into the bathroom and grabbed a measuring cup that we use to wash you.

You must have thought there was milk in there.

This is a cute picture.

And we did something unusual. We watched a video. When your mom is away I usually let you watch one on one of the days. You are usually pretty enraptured by it. But since you don't watch it that much you get a little bored at the end.

You kept wanting to get up close to the TV. After the video I poured you some milk. While I was doing that Som from Seattle called and while we were chatting you fell asleep! Such a tired baby. After my talk with Som I took you into bed and you didn't make a peep.
