Som had fun feeding you bits of cheese and tofu. He even fed you some vada (which looks like a big fried doughnut).

While we were waiting for our food, you were kicking back in the highchair and showing off your new talents - they were so surprised to hear you saw 'WOW!' and to point to your nose/ears/tummy. You were very friendly to the other people sitting nearby - you waved goodbye to a mom and little girl as well as to the three women who left the table next to ours.
After dinner, you sat on Som's lap for a while and played with him. Then you were passed to Jill, Gail and Tanya.

Luckily you have stopped crying when you are around Tanya - last time we saw Tanya, she gave you a very colorful book on Pike Place Market and now you two are best friends :)

When you started getting cranky, we rushed to pay the bill so that I could take you back to the hotel and put you to bed. Everyone else was planning to have drinks at the Bada Lounge in Belltown, so we'll just have to live vicariously through them. . .
