Mommy's Gone Again!
Well she's left us again. Only for a day though. I took some pictures tonight after she left. Here's one of your favorite toys. It's a duck finger puppet book. I don't know why they call it a duck because it looks like a chick. Do baby ducks look like that? Turns out they do. Baby ducks and baby chicks look very similar. You like this because I can stick my finger in the back and make the duck move. But you think it's alive.

Luckily I will only be away for one night this time. I am in Toronto for meetings tomorrow with a company that we may acquire - at least we got to spend most of the weekend together.
Today is your 8 month birthday - time is flying by. Your daddy was showing some photos he took during your first month - you were so tiny compared to now. It has been fun to watch you grow so big and become so interactive. You love to jabber and I am still waiting for you to say 'mama.'
