Toshi/Nicole's BBQ

Today we spent the day in Long Island -- we went shopping at Target and IKEA in the morning and then went to Toshi and Nicole's BBQ. There were so many babies at the BBQ and they were all girls!

[dad] Since it was a party I let you have a little taste of a frozen fruit popup that I was eating. This is the first time you've ever eaten something with sugar in it. I don't want to let you eat sugary things because I don't want you to develop any bad habits while you are this small. You sure seemed to like it though.


Here is the downside of sugar. The dreaded sugar low. Looks like you've got a bad case of it!


Here are Toshi's dogs. You were very interested in them because you haven't really seen animals living in New York. They are Shar Pei's. Your mom thought they were called shiatsu which is actually a type of massage. She was confusing it with shitzu which is another type of dog.
