Princeton, NJ

This is Carol's friend Rehana. We drove down to her house in Princeton, New Jersey this weekend. Her husband, Damon, and their son, Gordon, were there as well. They live near Princeton University which is west of Manhattan across the Hudson River. Here you are with mommy. Notice how mommy and Rehana are looking at the camera and you and Gordon are looking at me doing stupid things off to the left. Gordon was a little older than you and could stand up on his own (although he would fall after a few seconds). You can see he's a little bigger than you.

We had a nice barbecue dinner with them and relaxed in their back yard. It is very peaceful compared to New York. One day we might live out there in the suburbs. Before driving home we stopped by the Institute for Advanced Study. This is a very famous place where a lot of smart people did research. The best well known is Einstein. But Oppenheimer was also a director there; von Neumann did a lot of work there, as well as Kurt Godel (daddy's favorite), C.N. Yang, Freeman Dyson, and Andre Weil. You can ask me about the place and the people later if you are interested. But daddy was very very excited to see it!
