Finally Better

We think you are feeling better now. You've had one thing after another lately. First you had the high temperature I wrote about in the last post. Then you were sick with a stuffed up nose. This is particularly bad because you don't know how to blow your nose! And you've done a little more puking (twice in your bed) but it's just looks like milk when it comes up.

But now you seem better. You still have some sniffles but you are eating a lot. When you were sick you didn't eat much. Mommy and I were a little worried. But Saturday and Sunday you couldn't stop eating. In fact today you completely lost it while mommy was out. We put you down for your nap and then mommy left. But you never fell asleep. You would cry a little (your normal sleepy cry) and then it got louder and louder. Eventually I went in to see how you were doing and you got really loud. I finally made you 4 oz of milk and you sucked it down in the fastest time yet. When that was gone you started screaming again. I made you some squash to eat and before I could get it ready you became hysterical. I finally fed you the squash and when that was done you went back to screaming. I quickly made another 4 oz of milk and that finally seemed to quell you. That's when mommy came home, unaware anything had happened.

But overall you were very good natured while you were sick. Lots of smiles and goo-gooing the whole time. We're glad you are probably better now. It's no fun to be sick.
